This is a very special and attractive antique plate by "Brown Westhead Moore"
The printed registration mark on the back dates the design to 1880, although this actual plate may buying have been made a little after that date.
There's also an impressed mark on the plate which I think is the registration mark for the shape of the plate, slightly unusual with it's inner beaded band, and this dates the shape to 1879.
Also, there's a Brown Westhead Moore impressed mark, and a printed mark which includes the name Arcadia, a lot of marks for a change, many plates made in the 19th century have no marks at all on the back to help identify the maker
Plate is transfer printed with an intricate flower design in a bold dark blue
