A uniquely detailed contemporary floral design, this print is from an original piece by artist, Elizabeth Stempien.
The original was drawn in permanent fine point black marker, and colored in with the best quality colored pencils. The background is shaded in with conte crayon and graphite creating a striking contrast with the vibrant color of the floral design. This piece was printed on high quality, acid free, lightly textured 110 lb. weight paper.
This piece was inspired by my love of flowers! Along with creating art, gardening is a buying passion of mine, so like in many of my pieces, I blended the two together- gardening and creating the art that it inspires!
