This gorgeous colour pop fascinator has metallic turquoise / teal stretch fabric stitched over a round button base, finished with a simple nickel silver-coloured spike instead of the traditional beret stem. The spike holds on the contrasting acid yellow veiling trim. It's entirely handmade from traditional blocked and stitched foundation layers and is completely unique.
The hat is easy to wear but still a statement - perfect to boost a plain tailored jacket or dress for a wedding or formal event, or to match a glitzy, sparkly top or cape. The underside is finished with traditional petersham ribbon and lined with yellow felt. The hat base is approx 18cm in diameter and sits just under 4cm high, and the spike is another 1cm high.
This piece can be worn on the left or right, and is held on with a buying black hat elastic which sits comfortably under hair at the nape of the neck. Other elastic colours can be fitted to match your hair colour as required, please message me or leave a note when ordering.
