Each piece is cut and handmade to order especially for you, using ½” high quality birch wood for the sign and ½” wood for letters that pop! We personally cut, stain, sand and paint each sign made in our shop and every order is made with attention to detail and a whole lot of love!

All fonts, stain and paint choices are located in the listing photos. We know sometimes making decisions can be tough, but we are here to help! HOW TO ORDER- **PLEASE FOLLOW ALL INSTRUCTIONS TO ENSURE SMOOTH ORDERING PROCESS**

1. On the listing page, select the number of characters for your sign. (A character includes all numbers & letters)

2. Choose the color stain. All stain options are included in the base cost. (We offer a Painted Base option if you would like your sign painted instead of stained. 3. In the "Add Your Personalization" section, please include all your sign design information by copying and pasting the format provided. Take note all of the following details as listed below:
-Write the name, names, word or phrase exactly how you would like it on your sign. Please be sure to check the spelling and use the Uppercase/Lowercase exactly as you would like it on your sign.
- List the specific color(s) name (from our color chart) that you would like for each word.
- Specify the specific name of the font(s) you would like for each word.

4. Head to checkout! Please confirm the correct shipping address before submitting order. Please note once shipping information has been sent, we are unable to make any changes.

Once order is placed, we will be sending you a font proof for approval before production to ensure that you love the way it looks. All of our items are handmade & personalized and we work diligently to put attention & detail into each product to ensure our customers love their signs! Our current production time is 6 weeks and at this time are unable to offer rush shipping at this time.

PLEASE NOTE:

Stain & Paint Variations:
Since our products are made of natural wood, color variations may occur. Some stain and paint colors may absorb or appear slightly different depending on the wood grain. Stain colors may appear slightly darker or lighter than our examples shown online. We do our very best to maintain consistency in our staining and painting processes.

Hardware:
All of our signs come with a saw-tooth hanger pre-installed for easy hanging. Please make sure all hardware is securely fastened before hanging on walls, especially above cribs.

Q: What are your Cancellations & Returns policy?
A: If you need to cancel your order, you can do so within 24 hours of placing your order. Due to the custom nature of our product, we do not accept returns or exchanges.



Q: When should I expect my order?
A: Our current production time is 6 weeks and we are unable to offer rush shipping at this time. Once you place your order, we will notify you with the exact date your sign will be shipping out/ready for pickup.



Q: Do you send font proofs?
A: Once order is placed, we will be sending you a font proof for approval before production to ensure you love the way you looks. We want you to love your font choices and are happy to work with you until you find the perfect font combination! Please note, if more than 5 font proofs are requested there may be a slight delay in processing time. Once font proofs are sent, customers will have 7 days to respond with changes or approval, otherwise we will move forward with the original fonts chosen. Once your font proof is approved, you will receive a final confirmation detailing all your selected design choices. After approval of the font proof, absolutely no additional design details can be changed.



Q: How much do your signs weigh?
A: The weight of each sign can vary, but generally they are 6-7 lbs.



Q: Is the hanger installed when I receive it?
A: Yes, all of our signs come with a saw-tooth hanger installed for easy hanging. Please make sure all hardware is securely fastened before hanging on walls, especially above cribs.



Q: Can I change my order once its placed?
A: Yes, we know sometimes you change your mind and we are happy to make changes prior to the acceptance of your font proof. After approval of the font proof, absolutely no additional design details can be changed.



Q: Do you offer gift cards?
A: Yes, our customized signs make wonderful gifts! Gift cards are a great way for your family and friends to select their own perfect sign with the stains, colors and fonts of their choice to match their space! Once and order for a gift card is placed, you will receive a digital copy of the gift card sent through Etsy.
