This etude is one of my series of urban landscape studies.
It was a painting assignment from the university.

The sketch depicts a view of the city from my balcony. This is old Tbilisi
on a sunny day. And there is a second such study, only at sunset.
You can purchase them as a diptych with a 20% discount (that is, 100 dollars
for 2 etudes).

Size: 8x10 inches / 19x25cm.
There may be manual measurement errors.
