buying A very elegant small Spode Italian Serving dish, both decorative and functional. It shows the well known Spode pattern of an Italian Garden, featuring old temple buildings to the background, with, in the foreground, a river where animals are drinking, a couple of people waiting to cross the river and a man seated on the bank reading, with a dog and a couple of sheep looking on.

In excellent condition, with the exception of one minute chip to the outside base which does not in any way affect the look of the dish as it is so small.

This is a very pretty serving dish for vegetables or small fruits and would also look very nice displayed in a cabinet or on a shelf of blue and white china. This quality china was made in England and measures fractionally over 9 inches long x 6 3/4 inches wide. Also, a great gift for a lover of Spode Italian Blue and White.
