World War I (1915) Commemorative Cufflinks
These are a beautiful pair of cufflinks made with genuine British King George V farthings dated from 1915, over 100 years ago commemorating the First World War. This pair of buying cufflinks are made from two solid bronze farthings showing both the obverse (King's head) and reverse (date) of the coins. The cufflinks are made with a swivel back with an attractive diamond pattern on the swivel and are 22 mm in diameter.
They represent a unique part of history in this centennial year marking the end of the First World War. The bronze farthings have been carefully cleaned to retain the original patina and character of the coins which are over 100 years old, whilst highlighting the beautiful details and date of these original coins.
This is a truly unique gift and a chance to own a small piece of history lovingly restored and made into a beautiful pair of cufflinks. They are presented in a luxury wooden cufflink box and cardboard cover to make them the perfect present in this remembrance year marking the centenary of the end of the First World War.
