*The metal is plated with a brass color. It is not magnetic, not sure exactly the type of metal it is.

Condition:
Shows signs of age and use. There is some chipping of the paint on the brass. See photos. It is a bit shabby, but has a lot of character. It could be anywhere from 50-100 years old.
