Side labels are coming off due to the age of the glue, they havent been pulled off. The cd holder is missing three teeth, but it still manages to hold the game in place. One of the flaps is cracked (pictured). Booklet has a small imperfection *pictured). Tested on a PS2, works great. I have taken the overall condition into the asking price.
