Product code: Atinga buying Timbi – Last of their Kind (hand-crafted tire sandals)

ATTN: There are less than 10 pairs in our U.S. inventory available to ship. They are all WOMEN'S at this time, and the sizing are as follows: Size 5, 5.5, 6, 6.5, 7, 7.5

For all other sizes the wait time is well over a month at this time. Please consider our rama or trail styles which are more readily available.

**ATTN: Sadly, due to severe supply chain shortages in the past year, the beautiful upcycled straps of the timbi (known as urutambi) are currently unavailable to us. Right now, we have a substitute strap available in black, brown, and red (see pictured). Please indicate in your notes/messages to us if you want one of these colors instead.

About the style:

The Atinga Timbi is our latest addition to our family of styles. The fabric used for this style's straps comes from Tanzania and is in short supply. It's called "urutambi" and known for it's tensile strength. If we don't have your size in stock, no worries: message us we'll hand-craft you a custom pair.

The most unique aspect of our footwear is our trademark "treadmark" - the tire sole. This style of footwear, made with car and motorbike tires, represent Africa's most humble shoes. Stand in solidarity with us, walk a mile in our shoes.

Message us for a full list of sizes currently in stock!

AT CHECKOUT PLEASE INDICATE YOUR SANDAL SIZE (Men's or Women's U.S. sizes please - give us half and whole, e.g. "9.5/10 mens" to make sure we make it as accurate as possible).

***************************NOTE****************************

2020 hit our social enterprise very hard; we are now ONLY able to ship this pair DIRECT from Rwanda to the U.S. (which is typically about $24 per package). Though we still offer free domestic shipping on the few pairs that we still have in stock in the U.S. this buying listing is the easiest way to score a pair made in Rwanda.

Allow 4-5 for your pair to arrive from the time you place the order. Message with questions.
