All jewellery for sale here is handmade by me personally using traditional methods and will not appear perfectly factory produced but hopefully will show individuality and reflect your personality if you choose or commission it; no two items are exactly the same. Recycled gold and silver where possible and ethically sourced gemstones are used.My work is hallmarked at the London Assay Office.

U.K. Postage is included in the price. All items apart from small earrings will be delivered by Royal Mail Special Delivery next day service. You will receive an email to say your item has been posted. You will need to sign for your item. If you are not at home Royal Mail will leave a card giving you the option for redelivery or collection from a local depot. Prefabricated items will be dispatched within 2-3 days of payment. Delivery time for buying commissions is approximately 4-6 weeks.

I hope that you are happy with your item but if not returns will be refunded but only if posted by special delivery within 14 days and returned unworn and unmarked.
