Vintage American Robin Hand Carved Painted Wood Decoy Sculpture Statue, Vintage Robin Outsider Folk Art, Robin Bird Decor, Robin Lover Gift. This vintage piece is a beautiful work of handmade art! Hand carved wood, delicately hand painted to resemble an American Robin. The robin perches on a real tree branch which has been screwed into the wooden base. The robin's feet appear to be made of copper metal (painted over), and are also nailed into the branch for buying extra stability. Would make a beautiful addition to any home's decor, or a unique gift for any bird lover.

This piece measures approx. 6 inches tall x 5 inches wide at its widest point. The bottom is signed on the bottom by its makers, "Dearest Jackie - Baby Robin will sing Tweedle Dee for you which means 'I Love You' - Best Wishes and Love - Dad + Mom." The wood base is also marked "3-07" which was likely an ID number for the piece of lumber that was used.

In good vintage condition overall, with some light general wear due to age, such as surface scratches, scuffs, spots, faded paint/color in places, imperfections in the wood, imperfections in the handmade elements, etc. No major visible damage. We think the light wear only adds to this piece's vintage, hand crafted character.
