On Layaway Pirate buying Head Nut Cup for Halloween or Birthday Party 1930s

This delightful candy or nut cup has buying a pirate's head on the top. This head is made from a wooden ball. It has crepe paper hair and a hand painted, or drawn with marker, face. Under the head is a collar of dark rust and two collars of mustard yellow. In between the yellow collars is a sheet of clear cellophane with orange dots. There is also a bit of this cellophane under the rust colored collar. The bottom is a paper nut cup that was wrapped in the mustard yellow crepe paper. It is a wonderful piece that was made for a Halloween or birthday party. This piece has a 4" diameter and is 2-3/4" tall. There is a row of stitching that holds the bottom collars together. Because of this, I believe this candy cup was not home made. I believe it is from the 1930s.

I do not think this candy cup was used. But it does have a stain on the bottom and a couple of dots on the top. There is no associated odor. And there is no food remnants. The bottom of the cup is worn and has a soft bottom. I have stuffed tissue paper inside to help it stay intact. Please see my pictures. My price reflects the condition.
