This watch is awesome for tracking your activity, workload and recovery. I love most Garmin products and they are my #1. This buying watch worked perfect on hiking trips in AZ, Crossfit, biking, half marathons and even some Spartan obstacle races! I can't say enough about the toughness, quality, accuracy, battery life and durability of this watch. I upgraded my watch because I am a geek for gadgets but there is plenty of life left in this watch! I like to customize with watch bands which I am including 3 spares. I feel this is a unisex watch because I don't mind the large face but some might. The product comes with charging cable, adapter, wall plug, watch w/installed blk band and 3 spare bands(purple, lilac and blk w/tool). You can download the manual from garmin.com.
