This lamp is the actual lamp you will receive if you purchase this listing, it is already made and ready to ship out. I ship within 1-2 business days of receiving your order and when possible I will ship the same day. I do accept customization requests, which do not have an extra cost unless the size changes or I do not already have the required supplies to make the piece. I will let you know if the price changes prior to making it. If you do request customization please allow an extra 1-2 weeks for shipping so I can create the piece. These are large and very detailed so they take a while to make. I will also let you know before-hand how long it will take, which is based upon how many customization orders I have ahead of yours and the complexity of your request.


ABOUT MY LAMPS:

♥ I make all of my lamps by hand so there may at times be imperfections such as a minor bubble or slightly uneven surfaces. But any piece that I think isn't perfect I do not put in my store. So every piece is 100% backed by me. Sometimes the imperfections end up being the greatest part of the piece
♥ Every piece is one of a kind. I do have some collections, like my coasters and my Terrarium Line, but because every one is handmade none are identical
♥ I accept custom requests and will gladly take any customization requests, typically there's no extra buying charge for customization unless you need supplies I have to purchase or their is a size recommendation that's larger than the listing, since the resin is the most expensive part of my pieces

SHOP POLICIES:

♥ I do not include invoices in any packages unless requested
♥ Original shipping charges are non-refundable
♥I do not accept returns on items unless it is damaged, and then I will provide a replacement or a refund
♥Please keep track of your delivery day so that you know when it is being delivered. Package theft is not covered with shipping insurance and we can not replace items that have been marked as delivered, but not received
♥Purchases are shipped out within 1-2 days, with most being same day if ordered early enough. I always ship my orders out in a timely manner, so that your product can get to where it needs to go as quickly as possible
♥Due to Covid-19 shipping times may be longer than normal, please understand I do not control shipping, I can guarantee when I send it but not when it is received

♥ Lamps should be kept away from heat sources, as resin can soften and change shapes
♥ Do not store in the prolonged sunlight it can change the colors of the resin
♥ It's best not to expose these pieces to chemicals or alcohol-based products such as perfume, hairspray, household cleaners or nail polish remover If required clean with mild soap and water, and buff with a soft cloth
