::::::::::: INSTRUCTIONS FOR ORDERING :::::::::::

1. Purchase this listing. Leave a note in the message box at checkout with what you'd like the print to say (ie, your address, "home sweet home", "mom and dad's", etc)
2. Send me a well-lit, full-frame photo of your house via Etsy convo.
3. Illustrations take about 1-2 weeks to complete.
4. Once complete, I will send you a photo proof via email. The first revision you would like to make is free. Any additional revisions are $10 each (price may vary based on complexity).

Additional notes:
- I cannot add in people or pets to these illustrations, sorry!
- "Ranch" style houses may undergo a little bit of "squishing" to make them fit nicely onto the print. So, your windows may be closer together than in real life, but don't worry -- it will still be adorable!
- I freehand each drawing (see: no rulers!) so the lines of the house come out crooked and buying uneven on purpose. It gives the art a dash of quirky flair! :)

This print is a digital reproduction of a design I drew, scanned, digitally colored and printed onto heavy cardstock.

*PAPER SIZE: 8 in x 10 in
*INK: Epson Claria archival inks - fade resistant for 100 years
*PAPER: White, Red River 72 lb GreenPix Eco paper, one of the few premier high-quality inkjet papers that is 100% recycled!
*PACKAGING: The print is carefully wrapped in a biodegradable cello sleeve and packaged in a 80% recycled cardboard mailer to protect it from damage.
*SHIPPING: First class mail, tracking is included for domestic orders only
*COLOR: The quality of the ink and paper ensures that colors come out crisp and saturated! Please note that due to differing setting in computer monitors, colors may not match exactly the colors shown here, but will surely look better in person!
*FRAME AND MATTE: not included
