Statement Choker Necklace of buying Ivory Shell and Freshwater Pearl

buying This Ivory shell and Freshwater Pearl necklace is collar length.
The double drilled spacer beads are raw cut aquamarine.
It is currently a 15" necklace that has an adjustable chain which extends an additional 3". I will be happy to make this necklace shorter, at N/C, or I can also make it longer, with a comparable chain, for a small additional fee.
