This is a add-on listing featuring an Unlimited Extended Commercial License for any digital paper backs or clipart bundles in the Craft A Doodle Doo store that contain over 20 no. of illustrations in one bundle / pack / set.

---->>> IMPORTANT: This license is always purchased in addition to the digital paper pack / clipart set you need to have the extended rights for from the store. The License is valid for ONE collection per Extended License bought from the store. If you need the License for two collections, then please purchase the License twice and so on. Each package of illustrations from the store needs a separate license.

/ 1 / You may use the graphics in one commercial project per license purchased, which could have many end products directly related to a single project.

For example: a project featuring lipstick and eyeshadows packaging using one digital print from one collection together or as part of a singular product range as they come under the same concept. However, using the SAME digital print in stationery for one client and then in a website design for another client is not permissible since the end product is unrelated.

/ 2 / You may sell up to UNLIMITED units of your end product.

/ 3 / Please ensure while creating digital designs that parties CANNOT extract the original item. If your client needs the source files, they will have to purchase their own license, or you may transfer your license to them making them the new holder and all terms and conditions are now applicable to them.

/ 4 / Clipart can be used standalone or grouped together as per your preference in projects that are related (fall under same
collection) or unrelated projects as long as original clipart image cannot easily be extracted from your work by parties you are
selling to.

/ 6 / You may NOT under any circumstance sublicense, resell, share or otherwise redistribute the original prints and clipart. (for eg: as stock, in an app, tool or template having the source files)

/ 7 / This is a Single User License agreement. Only you can use and have access to the graphics.

/ 8 / Please do NOT claim copyright of any of the artwork or pass it off as your own in any way.

/ 9 / By purchasing this license, you are agreeing to ensure you watermark your images or your products photos such that the digital file is flattened and no layers can be copied into another editing / design software.

/ 10 / Owning this license means you have lifetime access to commercial sale rights for the bundles associated with it. As long as you possess the license and proof of purchase, you are legally allowed the unlimited commercial sale rights for your products.
