English Gardens (CP) ~ Block Print Curtain, Sheer Curtain Panel

Inspired by William Morris's iconic Willow Bough print, our leafy, dense foliage version complements the floral abundance of our English Garden design. Its classic blue and white palette and organic vining forms exude a soothing freshness.

* Printed on cotton voile – a soft, light, gossamer cotton weave, with wonderful light filtering properties Also provides much needed privacy
* Color-matched tieback included with all lengths.
* 63 & 84 inch panel length includes 5, 4-inch tabs. These can interchangeably be used as rod pockets by threading the curtain rod through the 3 inch rod pocket. Note: by doing so you lose 4 inches in length (tab length).
* 96 & 108 inch length panels only come with a 3 inch rod pocket, no tab top.
* Hand printed using intricately carved wooden blocks

Each curtain is printed on preshrunk, superior grade, soft cotton voile. The tab top panels are exquisitely finished with 5, 4-inch tabs for easy hanging. The tab tops can also be used as rod pockets, in which case the length is reduced by 4 inches. Each curtain comes with a color-matched tieback.

Each piece is handcrafted using intricately hand carved wooden blocks and is an original work of art distinguished by the work of the artisan, the particular lot of dye, and even varying weather conditions. Tonal variations are inherent to the block printing process and enhance the individuality, character and uniqueness of each creation.

Wash & Care: Machine wash separately in cold water with a gentle detergent. Do not use bleach or a detergent with bleach additives. Tumble Dry warm. Iron using cotton settings.

Created by endless waves of blooming perennials, antique roses, aromatic herbs, old walls, and rustic arbors cloaked buying with vines. Abuzz with butterflies and hummingbirds and replete with benches, stepping-stones, birdbaths, and picket fences.

Our English Garden collection draws inspiration from a couple of William Morris' iconic textile prints. According to Morris, the ideal pattern should have "unmistakable suggestions of gardens and fields."
