Purple, Blue and Green Hand Painted buying Silk Scarf

DESCRIPTION
I hand dyed this habotai silk scarf using the shibori technique to create the background. To give the scarf some motion, I painted on leaves and flowers to create the sense of floating foliage in water.

**Care Instructions**
Handwash in cold water with a mild soap, do not soak the scarf.
Pat dry with a fluffy bath towel, and hang straight to dry.
Iron on a low heat setting while scarf is damp, under a cotton cloth.
Note: If ironing scarf with metallic gutta, flip so that the gutta buying does not face up under the cloth.
