Oval - 10.6"x6.7" (27 x 17 cm), made for 750g of sourdough.
Large round - 9.2" (23.5cm), 1kg dough
Small round - 8" (20cm) round. 500g dough

Perfect for bakeries, bread shops and for home use. Helps to make the structure and shape of the bread better and gives more crispy crust because it holds warmth and absorbs part of the moisture. Gives gorgeous pattern of floury rings circling the deep-golden crust.

100% natural rattan, unlike many that are lightly bleached. Gives a great rustic and healthy look!

Baskets can be used only for proofing bread dough, never for buying baking bread in high temperatures!
