This Gorham Crystal Platter is called Angels of Peace because 2 angels are reverse etched on both sides of the oval platter! They have large artistic halos and long sweeping gowns that bend around both ends of the oval! Touches of frosted glass in the angels' hair, wings and gowns enhance the depth of the crystal! It is a showstopper piece that will be celebrated for years to come! (Dimensions: 17"x 11" x 2") This Gorham Crystal Oval Platter is very substantial weighing 4 1/2 LBS. We love to frequent estate sales, online auctions and antique shows such as Round Top, TX and Brimfield, Mass. We research each item before we purchase it to learn its manufacturer, their location & the item's age. If possible, we try to view each item “up-close” to ensure its quality. When posting each listing, we take many pictures in different settings and lightings to allow you to see the item's condition. We will note each item's overall condition and any damage so there will be no surprises when you receive your package. Like us, we wish we could make each item perfect again, but also like us, “Vintage has lots of character!" Since we are an ETSY shop, please make sure you are on the ETSY website before purchasing. We offer free shipping for orders over $35.00. For orders under $35.00, it is best to converse with us first. We can better calculate shipping once we know the specifics of your order.
