Handwoven buying Shag Rug

buying 35x31" handwoven shag rug from upholstery remnants. The material is colorful and high gloss with a shaggy texture. It is woven on cotton poly rug warp set at 12 ends per inch. This will also work as a dog bed. My labradoodle loves my rugs.

This type of rug recycles fabrics that used to become industrial waste. The fabric is 100% new but waste in the process of upholstery. The selvedges of the fabric are cut away, baled, and shipped to a distribution center where they are sorted out by color and sold.
