Queenie On vintage buying newspaper

buying This small oil painting of the character Queenie is on a 10x10 stretched canvas. The canvas was first decoupaged with a 1921 newspaper and then Queeenie was oil painted on top. The whole painting is varnished with a Damar oil paint varnish.
