Wonderful matching 5-piece pitcher & footed cup/goblet set.
I would say transferware design on porcelain as the design is virtually buying identical among the pieces.
Deep reddish brown/burgundy background color with a bit of an ombre effect with top and bottom edges gradually becoming a caramel color.
Top and bottom circumference have a slight raised design.
Each piece in this impressive set features the bust of a beautiful Victorian/Edwardian woman with flowing auburn hair adorned with a single flower, alabaster skin, plunging neckline on her dress.
Framed in decorative gilt which also decorates the plain back side.
Pitcher holds 10 cups (80 fluid ounces) and measures 13" high to top of lip, 14 1/4" high to top of handle, 5 5/8" X 4 3/4" at base.
Each cup/goblet comfortably holds 8 fluid ounces and measures 5 1/2" high X 2 3/4" top diameter.
No maker's mark.
Everything is in excellent pre-loved condition with negligible usage wear, a few tiny manufacturer's imperfections (see final pic) otherwise no damage/repair noted, minor wear to the gilt, pattern is bright and unworn, no crazing, no stains, clean, no odor.
