Crepe dress with velvet collar: buying Maggy Boutique by Jane Daugherty

This dress is a nicely-weighted crepe topped off with a velvet collar as well as a rhinestone buckle on the matching covered belt. There are 4 layers of peplum and a crepe jabot finishes off the neckline. There is a 24" back opening which closes buying up by virtue of zips and hooks. 5 covered buttons above the waist and one on each of the cuffs. No hem.
