Watermelon Tourmaline Crystal from Brazil.

This crystal comes from an old pre-1990s collection of Brazilian Tourmaline I came across a few years ago.

This is a rare REVERSE WATERMELON Tourmaline crystal. That means that the core is green, the outer rind is pink, the opposite of a watermelon tourmaline.

The pink outer rind is faint but encompasses the termination and the entire outside of the crystal, best visible from the bottom side.

This specimen is externally flawless, zero damage anywhere on it. There is one small internal fracture on the rear side
