Oil on Board Painting of Seaside Boats buying Signed Framed Without Glass

This is a beautiful painting in good condition despite some minor wear on the frame. See photos. The frame is about 9"H x 11"W and the inside frame measurement is about 5"H x 7"W.

All of my items are either second hand or handmade. The vast majority are purchased at estate sales, auctions, and thrift stores and as such are sold as is. I mark the majority vintage as the age buying is difficult to figure out. Whenever possible I try to highlight any signs of wear or damage in my photos.
I also try to reuse as much as possible in my shipping materials. Bubble wrap will be new when needed.
