ANRI Kuolt 'Girl with Goose' Wood Carving

In the annals of European wood carving no artist is held in higher esteem than Professor Karl Kuolt. Professor Kuolt taught at the prestigious Munich Fine Arts Academy. For many years he was commissioned to decorate memorial chapels across Southern Germany. He also carved many smaller religious figures that now are featured in museums and private collections.

One of Professor Kuolt's finest creations was a nativity of such exceptional beauty that the master craftsmen of ANRI have decided to faithfully reproduce each figure. Although Kuolt died more than 80 years ago, each piece of the ANRI Kuolt Nativity is hand carved and decorated with the same care and love and to the exacting standards as the original. Professor Kuolt's Nativity figures buying are available in 3 inch, 5 inch, 6 inch and 10 inch.

This genuine hand crafted hand painted Nativity figure was designed by the artist Karl Kuolt. The wood carving is 3" scale (7.5 cm). Every single cut was worked by hand and every detail carefully hand brushed with special oil based colors.

Likely made circa 1990s and is in Excellent vintage condition.
