These silver handcrafted cufflinks borrow the stunning feather patterns of a Lady's Amherst's Pheasant.

~ Lady Amherst's Pheasant ~
This beautiful species is native to southwestern China and the male bird has one of the most impressive outfits of the bird world!
It's black and white tail accounts for around 80% of it's of the total length and it has the most amazing red, blue, dark green, white and yellow plumage on it's body.
The English name commemorates buying Sarah Amherst, wife of William Pitt Amherst, Governor General of Bengal, who was responsible for sending the first specimen of the bird to London in 1828.


~ About the Cufflinks ~
The 'charm' or centrepiece of each of these cufflinks is created by printing the photograph on to high quality photo paper, sealing it and setting it under piece of thick domed glass which enhances and warps the shapes within the image.
The glass is set into shiny sterling silver to create two very striking charms measuring 16mm in diameter. The cufflinks are complete with a sold silver bar connected with a handmade silver chain created from four 5mm heavy silver links.

The cufflinks come presented in a black textured press stud gift box, ready to gift (or keep!) and to keep your jewellery clean and protected.
They will arrive beautifully wrapped at no extra charge and comes complete with a polishing cloth and information about the image used within the piece. All packaging is recycled or recyclable wherever possible.
