A Weller Art Pottery Art Deco handled and footed console bowl in the early "Roma" style, featuring 3 rose blooms on each side of the bowl, as well as leaves and stems, and one rose on each end. The bowl is in average condition with crazing and small areas where the applied roses and feet are showing cracks. It is stamped WELLER on the bottom as shown.
