LIttle Bird Print~SILK Anniversary Gift~Backyard Bird Silk Print~Golden Bird Silk print~Nature Gift buying for her

This is such a lovely print of one of my original designs, a favorite. It depicts a sweet golden bird, a bit of a fantasy....The original is a Batik, which is a process of dying fabric and painting with wax. I print the design directly onto fine, silk Habotai that is 8.5" x 11". The silk print is paper-backed which keeps it nicely flat. The print will come to you with a foam core backing and in a plastic sleeve. This is a gorgeous SILK PRINT which I will create for you. Print fits within an 8.5" X 11" frame. (Print comes with a 1/4" white border all around.)

This is not only a spectacular design but the actual printing on the silk is gorgeous: rich warm golds, very lovely. It is perfect for that any bird lover and if the little birds are a favorite, all the better. I call the little birds in my back yard, the BIMBY, which stands for......did you guess it? , "Birds~In~My~Back~Yard!!

Silk is perfect for celebrating that 12th anniversary or for any special occasion. This is truly a lovely gift.

Another print is included that is a Gratitude page. I insert it onto the back of the foam core included with the silk. This page is not attached. I am just very clear that we must find more gratitude in our daily lives. That being said, if you have your own poem or philosophy you would like printed instead, just let me know and I can create it for you. This is all included with your silk piece.

I do like my viewers to know a bit about me. I am an avid environmentalist who supports a number of non-profits dedicated to the creatures, the human condition and the environment. Fully 20% of the profits of this card will go to Earth Justice, a group dedicated to fighting for the earth! Other cards relate to other non-profits; my bird cards benefit my local Santa Cruz Native Animal Rescue, a rescue group that also rehabilitates injured and sick birds and all creatures needing help; my dog cards buying benefit my local SPCA; my oceanscapes benefit Ocean Conservancy.

There is something quite special about receiving such a unique, original design! It is not something you will find anywhere else. It is just lovely framed.
