This Warrior on a Horse could be Karrupasami. He is known as the Dark God in Hindu mythology. He was created from the had of Lord Vishnu. His primary place is represented in villages where Karrupasami protects the buying truthful and poor villagers, mete out justice and self-discipline among his followers. He is a fierce warrior who never forgives those who have sinned or committed crimes, especially against the villagers. He protects the boundaries of his domain and shoos away evil from entering those boundaries.
It looks like there may have been wheels attached to the bottom of it so it could be pulled around.
