Vintage Chinese Turquoise AA Grade Beads , Antique Chinese Qing Silver Handmade Beads9 1644-1911 ), Handmade Oxidized Sterling Silver Ear Wires

Top quality vintage Chinese turquoise beads in two sizes - a hard to find ( 3/8" in diameter ) size and a smaller 1/8" in diameter size have been paired with extraordinary antique Chinese silver alloy beads from the turn of the century or perhaps buying even earlier ( the Ch'ing or Qing dynasty was from 1644-1911 ). These antique beads are very collectible and extremely hard to find nowadays.

▶ The larger turquoise beads ( approximately 10mm ) are perfectly round and perfectly matched in size . Beads of this time period that I purchased in China were meticulously cut and polished unlike most of the stone beads which are now being cut in India where labor is cheap and the standards of cutting are not those of the Chinese over 30 years ago.

These antique Qing silver beads have a wonderful patina to them which is mimicked in the handmade oxidized sterling silver ear wires and handmade oxidized sterling silver bead caps. We found these unique ornate silver beads in Hong Kong Central on Cat Street during the early 1980s which is where many of the antique dealers are located

These silver oval beads are approximately 3/8" in diameter. and 5/8" in length. Oxidized sterling silver bead caps separate these two lovely vintage beads and add another texture.

Total length of these long graceful and light weight earrings is approximately 2 1/4" and they will arrive gift wrapped in a little box tied with a pretty bow all ready for gift giving.
