Tulip Pendant, Hand-painted Porcelain Necklace, buying Folk Art Inspired Ceramic Jewelry

Beautifully crafted porcelain tulip necklace.

Cavatica Designs is a collection of thoughtfully crafted, porcelain jewelry, carefully imprinted, fired, and hand-painted using a thin layering process to create vibrant colors and fine detail.

CREATIVE PROCESS & MATERIALS
Each piece is handmade in my studio and is one of a kind. I personally design, create and assemble each piece from start to finish.
I create my jewelry by imprinting my designs into a thin layer of porcelain clay and cutting the shape. They are then kiln fired. Once fired, I carefully hand-paint each piece. Each piece is painted with several layers to achieve vibrant color and fine detail. They are finished with a topcoat that seals and protects the piece.

Each pendant is strung and hand-beaded using a very durable nylon beading cord and finished with a stainless steel hypoallergenic clasp and findings. The cord is specifically for jewelry making and is very strong.

I hand-beading each necklace using complimentary glass beads.

The clasps and findings are buying all stainless steel. Stainless Steel is a quality metal that is hypoallergenic and will not tarnish.
The backside of the pendant is painted with several layers in a solid color that compliments the overall design. It is sealed with several layers of a protective topcoat.

NECKLACE LENGTH
Every necklace is 17 inches long. However, If you prefer a different length, please let me know I can make it any length, shorter or longer.
I will also provide a complimentary (free) 3-inch extender upon request. This will allow the piece to worn both shorter or longer. Making a 17-inch necklace 20 inches as needed.

PACKAGING
Your item will be carefully packaged to ensure safe arrival. Each piece is wrapped then placed in a padded white gift box. The box is then wrapped in tissue paper and placed in a small protective sleeve and then placed in the mailing envelope. A business card and product care card will be included with each piece. I use environmentally thoughtful packaging materials.
