We are so excited to begin offering our Philodendron Cream Splash/Brasil mixed baskets. This specific pot is a mix of Brasil and Cream Splash grown over several months in a hanging basket. This is a very easy plant to grow, yet tends to be a slower grower than its siblings. LThey enjoys bright indirect light, good airflow, well draining soil and tend to be very low maintenance.

What shipping methods do you use?

We use USPS Priority for most orders. We also use USPS First Class and allow upgrades to UPS 2-Day Air & UPS 3-Day Select. Most rare plant orders will be automatically shipped through UPS.

Do you carry insurance on orders?

Yes, all orders are insured through USPS or UPS. If a package is lost in-transit, we will handle the insurance claim on our end and re-send the order. However, if a package is damaged, it will require the recipient to take damaged items to the closest branch.

Do you replace damaged items?

We do, but we require photos of any damaged item within 24 hours of delivery. We have set up the 24-hour timeframe because it is your responsibility to track the package and bring it indoors on the day of delivery. Leaving packages outdoors overnight or for extended periods of time in too cold or too hot of temperatures can cause damage that we have no control over.

Do you have any tips for receiving packages?

One trick we have buying noticed the plant community uses in the winter or during 100+ degree days is to have all their mail put on hold and held at their local post office. This prevents their package from sitting on a delivery vehicle all day. Instead, their package sits inside a 65-70 degree facility and can be picked whenever they feel like grabbing it.
