Product code: Cherokee buying Native American Artist Ron Mitchell "Land of Our Fathers" Wood Framed Southwest Giclee Giclée Framed Art Print

I'm listing some Ron Mitchell prints that we bought at Native American Arts & Crafts Association shows in the 1990s. They may have hung on our walls over the years but for quite a few years now they've sat in a closet where buying no one can enjoy them, so I'm passing them on.

This is for giclee print on acid free paper in a wood and glass frame.
Land Of Our Fathers by Cherokee artist Ron Mitchell

"Award-winning artist Ron Mitchell, born in 1943 (now 79 years old) of Cherokee and Scottish descent, is a member of the Cherokee Nation. He has been a fixture around art shows for over four decades. Over the years this multimedia painter and graphic artist's style has evolved into unspoken feelings of the heart, instinctively painting, drawing and sculpting about his heritage, incorporating history, by telling a story that resonates with Cherokees and art collectors alike."

"In a gifted and perceptive manner, despite being red-green colorblind, the artist uses the full spectrum of colors to express his feelings through paintings influenced by the traditional Indian flat style. Well known for his skill and effectiveness in using a combination of dry brush and airbrush techniques as modern as today but drawn from inspirations that links the past, to relive a special memory.
Ron Mitchell is a duly registered member of the Cherokee Nation of Oklahoma...He has certified his degree of Cherokee blood, according to guidelines set by the B.I.A."

Keep in mind while looking through the photos that I was getting a lot of reflection from the glass. You may see what looks like pock marks, that's my ceiling! You may see rippling white waves, that's my kitchen curtains, or a bright light and of course that's my lights. You might even see a crazy lady with glasses, that's me!
