**The right location**
The nesting house hangs well on a branch or a house wall, where the and sparrows can easily fly to. Optimal is an orientation of the approach hole to the east or southeast. The bird villa should stay outside in the same place all year round, if possible not in full sun. A nesting height of 1.80 m is optimal. The nest box is opened via two screws at the front and rear under the roof gable. Then you can remove the roof and clean the entire box with water and a stick. Traditionally, nest boxes are cleared out after the first frost.
