Please send your best photos of the home you wish to be turned into a memorable piece of art. I will choose the best photo that I feel I can create the best watercolor that I possibly can.

When completed a picture is sent to you for your approval. If any adjustments
are needed, they are made. Your portrait is then shipped safely to you.

At this time the wait for a completed house portrait is 3-4 weeks.
