This is a small vintage, gold metal jewelry box with added gold raw brass bat. The box is small, 4 x 2.5 x 2 inches tall including the four small ball feet and opens out to two small bins. The box is circa 1950 buying and shows signs of wear including the gold plating rubbing off in some areas. Please see images. The two small bins are .75 inch deep and are lined with a gold colored felt cardboard insert. The top is a three dimensional wave pattern with several tiny clear rhinestones. It opens with 1.5 inch little levers on the box's side. It is perfect for on top of a vanity or chest of drawers and could hold a small amount of jewelry. The added contemporary bat is stamped brass and measure 3 inches across.
