A rare antique woven wicker over pewter measuring snuff box.

Very fine basket weave. This 2 piece beautifully crafted antique snuff box of wicker over pewter measures 2 1/8”x3/4”. The pewter has aged look inside. The outside looks like a little basket but because the metal inside it has weight to it buying.
The round box closes easily and is in vey good antique condition.
