These fabrics are originally used for decoration for hanging scrolls(kakejiku) or making of traditional dolls. Both classic and luxury items so the fabric used where its weave is delicate and luxurious.

There is no luxury to use this much volume of brocade at once but it became possible becuase we luckly were able to receive brocade directly from craftmans who retired.
