Vintage kitsch rare Lipper and Mann bluebird salt and pepper shakers buying with roses 1940s Foreign

Very rare and sought after Lipper and Mann bluebird salt and pepper shakers, the birds are sitting on their nest which is mounted on a wooden base with a rosebush on the wire handle buying. Marked foreign on the bottom of the wooden base. The bluebirds have some slight paint wear and slight nibbles and chips, they have been repaired as shown in pictures. Please study the pictures closely. I used to use these as a pin holder for sewing, as shown in one of the pics.
