This Japanese porcelain hand painted teapot with bamboo handle was made by the Kutani Ware Co. from Japan and it was produced around the 1950's. This teapot still has the original bamboo woven handle that was woven by hand by a skilled craftsman with a dark stained bamboo accent in the middle and it is in "Pristine Condition" with no cracks, no breaks or splits, no repairs, and very little wear to it. This teapot was hand buying painted with an enamel design depicting white flowers in the Hanazume style with green and gold leaves in the background that was done exceptionally well. This bamboo handle teapot measures 6" wide by 7" tall with the handle and it is in "Pristine Condition" with no chips, no cracks, no repairs, no crazing of the glaze, and very little wear to the teapot for the age of it.
