***Shipping***
Please make sure your order address is correct and complete, especially the postal code, the detail of street, and the
doorplate number. If the items are returned due to incorrect address (e.g. the logistics information system shows “insufficient
address/dead later” or other address problems). A refund or replacement WILL NOT be accepted!!
Your item will be shipped directly from the production company, NOT FROM ME, so it's very important that you make sure your shipping address is correct!!
They will not hold responsibility for shipping to an incorrect address.
***Production Time***
Bags Production Time: 4-6 days
Generally speaking, we will strive to print & produce all orders in a week's time.
***Cancelations***
In the event that you may need to cancel your order, please do so within 12 HOURS of your order. Once it's in production there's no going back.
However, if you insist on canceling a processing order I will have to direct you to the printing company, where they WILL CHARGE YOU 25% of the production cost.
So PLEASE!!!
If you change your mind and decide to cancel, PLEASE MAKE SURE IT IS WITHIN 12 HOURS OF PURCHASE.
***RETURNS***
Because of the fact that all items are made-to-order, I DO NOT KEEP INVENTORY!! This makes returns difficult and the company I partner with has a pretty strict return policy.
I don't typically accept returns or exchanges
**BUT** In cases of damage or defect, the return process can be expedited by providing digital pictures of the damage or defect (along with a clear description of the problem) through Etsy messenger. I will reach out to the customer support team of my partnering company, with the evidence of the photos you provide, to help deal with the issue in less than 24 hours.
We will cover buying return shipping cost or refund only in cases when items have been confirmed to be defective.
