This is a vintage large mid century Chesty Potato Chip tin from the late 1940s or early 1950s. Bright yellow, blue & white graphics. The chips were manufactured by Chesty Foods Inc. out of Terre Haute, Indiana. They have made recent reproductions of these that are widely available, but this is the real thing. It features the iconic Chesty boy on the front and boasts about it's new state of the art factory built in 1946 on the back.
**This is an EMPTY can.** It is being sold as a vintage piece. The can has dents, dings, missing paint, and some rust. Some rust on the inside bottom. The can is 11 5/8 inches high X 7 9/16 inches in diameter.
