In pre loved vintage condition with wear to the wood frame - which I think adds to its charm…
Glass looks intact.
I do not know the Artist but it has a personal note that was attached but came loose from the ripped fragile paper in the back.
It is framed nicely but if you look at the attached photos it buying shows that it is a bit wavy where the painting meets the matting…
I don't think it takes away from its beauty.
