Antique Nippon Hand Painted 2 Handled buying Compote with Pink Floral Decoration and Raised Gilding 1911-1921

Up for sale an antique Nippon, made in Japan, 2 handled pedestal compote decorated with pink flowers with green leaves and raised gilding. The green printed mark on the reverse states "Hand Painted (M in wreath) Nippon" which dates the compote to 1911-1921. The M refers to the Morimura Brothers who imported this piece into the United States. The compote measures 4" H x 9" W scrolled handle to scrolled handle, the diameter of the compote bowl is 7.25" and the base diameter buying is 4.25". Good antique condition with normal signs of age, wear a and use. Free shipping.
