If you would like to make a return or an exchange, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your package and we will accept the return in the form of Store credit (a voucher valid for purchases in our shop).
Once you have contacted us, our Customer Support will guide you with your item return or exchange.

All jewelry must be returned unworn with no evident signs of being used, in their original condition and packaging. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
We hold the right to deny a return if the product returned does not meet our return policy requirements.
Once we receive the UNWORN item and check it is in its original condition and packaging, we will issue a voucher code of the value of your products. Store Credit will only be made to the product, and not the shipping cost.

PACKAGING / GIFT BOX
All jewelry is carefully packed in our boxes.
We don't offer gift-wrapping option at the moment but we can include a small message in the package, please leave a note during checkout if you have any questions.
LOST, STOLEN or UNDELIVERED SHIPMENT
For parcels that are shipped with tracking number, any lost or damaged parcels can be claimed through their corresponding shipping provider.
For parcels that are shipped with NO tracking (Standard shipping is not trackable), we are not responsible for any lost or damaged parcels.

SHIPPING ADDRESS
All the orders will be shipped to the shipping address supplied through your Etsy Order. Please check this address is correct before finishing your check out. We are not responsible for packages shipped to wrong addresses. It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that all shipping information is correct prior to finish the purchase.

RETURNED MAIL
All parcels shipped with express courier that are "Returned To Sender" will be disposed upon returning to our shipping carriers.
We will not send a replacement parcel or offer a refund if the parcel was "Returned To Sender" for the following reasons:
1. The address provided by you was not correct or with missing data.
2. The parcel is unclaimed once attempted to be delivered.
