"Taino Tree" is an enigmatic wall art that represents spiritual rebirth. A world of dreams and spiritual enlightenment is created through a mix of violets, purples, and blues that fill the arch shape. Empathy and union with our natural world are represented by the tree in the center. Transformation and liberation are depicted through the white flying butterflies to the buying right. Divine and sovereign power are conveyed in the orbs that come in from the side. Taino drawings are linked to the mythical tree to enhance the composition. Emotions of love, beauty, and prosperity are depicted in the woman's silhouette. The figure is kneeling as she plays the ethereal and poetic flute to the universe of which she is a part of.

The Tainos called the Island of Puerto Rico "Borikén". The Taíno were an Arawak people who were the indigenous people of the Caribbean and Florida. At the time of European contact in the late 15th century, they were the principal inhabitants of most of Cuba, Jamaica, Hispaniola (the Dominican Republic and Haiti), and Puerto Rico.

All Giclée prints are limited editions of 75 signed and numbered by Obed Gómez. The printing process involves squirting microscopic dots of ink onto a canvas which is hand stretched and ready for your wall. The inks are absorbed slightly and blend to create fine art reproductions that are often indistinguishable from the originals.

In addition, since no screens are used, the prints have a higher apparent resolution than lithographs and a color range that exceeds that of serigraphy. Displaying a full color spectrum, giclée prints capture every nuance of an original and have gained wide acceptance from artists, galleries and museums throughout the world.

All Giclée on canvas prints are mailed in a hard box or hard tubes if printed on paper. All images are copyright and may not be reproduced without permission. Framing and furniture that may be seen in the pictures aren't included.
